This was a great company to deal with when my Dad passed away suddenly. We are from the country and knew nothing about funerals. Excellent service. While the website was a little difficult to negotiate while I work in IT... (and yes, the hint is in the name, cost less!) and I had to call and ask questions: Cost-Less were brilliant (particularly Debbie who I dealt with), in helping me fill it in appropriately.Delivery was seamless and customer service great. Price is really competitive if that is your thing - and the box remains arrive in is tasteful if anyone is wondering.
