We just purchased our Subaru from Ben at Hunter Motor Group.From our first initial phone conversation with Ben, he was polite, considered and knowledgeable. Ben was an absolute delight to deal with and made the process very easy for us. I couldn't fault his service one bit. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and will be wanting to purchase every future car from him.

I negotiated a price for a Kia Sportage for my elderly parents. I told the salesman the they would not need any extras.When they went to pick up and pay for the car they were onsold $1000 worth of paint protection".The car was not clean when they first looked at it but were told it would be detailed before they picked it up. Then they picked it up the outside was clean but the inside had dog hair

Minus 5 stars. I feel sorry for the people live in this area to buy a car from this dealer. From my last experience nothing has changed if not gotten worse. This people have no idea about customer service" nor about "sales" at all. Useless people and sales skills. Calling for a car advertised for 46900 to ask buy it now price

Not happy with the information given by the salesman when I bought my Subaru. I was told I had 3years free servicing however I have now been told I have done too many KMs after 1&1/2 years. No more free servicing.

We purchased a second hand car from the Rutherford dealership. Included in the sale was a fixed price service program. I rang a week ago (a Friday) and got transferred to three different people who, after being on hold, was told everybody were busy dealing with customers. (NOTE: I am a customer!) I left my details but no call back. I went on-line and filled out a service request form and submitted. No call or contact. On the Monday I called again, no one available, left my details. No call back. Wednesday I called again went through the same scenario, no one available will call back. Nothing. Now its Thursday and still I am unable even to book a car service date or time.When we purchased the car the salesman was very disorganised, lacked confidence and said it was his first week.I would not recommend this dealership for either sales or after sales service. Is there a 0" star rating?"

Very professional, helpful, good & reliable price, lots of patience letting us test multiple cars and choose, no pressure, and amazing finance manager finding the best deal quite on time and sorting it in just few days. I will buy my next car from them definitely. Above all, helping entertaining the kid so we could look without distraction.

Second VW purchased off Ben in less than a year. Great to deal with and would only buy from him at this dealership.

Time wasters..drove from sydney south to pick up a car advertised with 49000km, after placing a deposit of $500 subject to inspection. Upon inspection i discovered it really had 114000 kms on the clock.(sneaky advertising perhaps?? Or dishonesty all round??)Asked for my deposit back, surprisingly enough i have to wait as they cant reverse the credit card transaction, this is a clear breech of the ACCC refunds legislation.Btw the car was a piece of garbage despite being told it was in really great condition" maybe they should have told me about all the dings before i wasted my time and driving 400km.Thanks for nothing.Stay clear from this dishonest and unprofessional dealership."
