Cooinda Park Rest Area
Great place to stay over night. Suitable for large rigs and there is a dump point and drinking water available. Dog friendly. There is a walking track that shows various displays of past history of the area.

Great spot to stay for the night - did have a kind of sus guy talk to us during the evening but by the time we got up (6am ish) he was gone and all was well.

Only stopped in here briefly. Good spot if one has a caravan as there is plenty of room available, toilets near by as well as a dump point. Some history about the mining near by.

Nice bit of History on display, great opportunity to stretch the legs/walk around. Great fenced off dog park to for the pooches to run around too.

Great place to stop and have a break. Has a great enclosed dog area with agility equipment, shaded BBQ area, good toilets, good walking track and lots to explore.Just off the main thoroughfare with lots of parking.
