The place need to be improved with saftey and hygiene. Not cheap for what they have for games . We couldn't stay more than 45 min, bad smell with bad ventilation. Wouldn't recommend it .

Absolutely not impressed. More then half of things are broken and not working.. parts of games are missing, only game machines which ARE working are with extra fees.. , which is funny.Other toys are covered in tape, dirty, and overall bit concerning about the safety there.. . Everything looked all over the place, some toys with wheels on don’t even have a designated area to use them.. .Giving the 1 start only because the staff where nice and positive, but the owners will need to fix the toys, games and overall the place as it’s filthy and probably gonna raise concerns for child safety issues.. and by fixing I don’t think any other layer of tape will do the work anymore.. .EDITIt is sad that the business does not take any responsibilities on the feedback given or don’t take it as a genuine feedback on areas where to improve but rather as personal attack.Instead the passive aggressive approach towards clients is doing more damage then good.Maybe instead of assuming that customers are with telepathic powers, use signs if the machines are working but simply as stated switched off? (Which again looses the whole purpose to come to a play ground where machines are switched off?)But honestly, that’s not our problem anymore as we will not be returning..Can add photos as a reference.. .

I did not like my experience there i had my son’s birthday party there and the customer service was terrible! Just the way the staff would look at the kids even from the start of the day you can tell they dont want to be there and are annoyed with the children. All the toys and bikes and stuff are faulty/broken look like its been found at a donation bin, all toys have duct tape on them about to fall apart even the playground had duct tape all around it panels of the floors coming up being held together by tape. Again customer service is terrible i overheard the staff complaning about ‘mess’ that the kids made just from eating some cake and complaining that i was asking them to cover the last bit of the cake for me to take home and said that “that is her job why is she asking us to put glad wrap over the cake”. Would not recommend i will never ever be going back there again! 0 stars!!!!!!

We visited here the 1st time the other day and it was really fun. My son had a ball. The huge bouncy castle obstacle course was awesome. Also the hanging balls were the kids had to run through them without being hit. There was lots for my son to do and he enjoyed it so much. I do have a little feed back though. They played a game were the kids had to ring gold coins hidden in the center which was really awesome and fun. The kids that found the coin then got a prize. My son was lucky enough to have found one which he was so excited about. The only thing I would suggest is maybe ask the parent of the child if they are aloud the Lollipop as my son lost it when I had to take it off him as he wasn't able to have the Lollipop right there and then due to his Cousins not aloud to have red food colouring. So it wasn't fair for them to watch my son have it in front of them. I only suggest this in case the child isn't able to have red food coloring and things. We highly appreciate the prize but it's just the execution of it. Maybe the staff could just say is your child aloud lollies before handing it to the child straight away. We really thank you for the Lollipop and the little game. It was lots of fun.We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Went with two #nearlythrees and they had an absolute blast. The jungle gym type area (climbing equipment) isn't as much fun for parents as other playcentres (because there's a height-restricting mesh over the top that makes it very tiring for us!). But the bouncy castle-type of play areas are fantastic - my little man adored every one that he went on, including the obstacle course that we all did, which was meant to be for 6+ years old (parental assistance is definitely needed). The food was freshly prepared and pretty decent (I was very hungry after all our running around!) And as you might expect, the toilets/change facilities are great. Add in the fact that there's a buy 1 get 1 admission in the Entertainment Book, and it's a place well-worth visiting.
