I had my MSI GS66 laptop repaired here twice. Once was for the WIFI card, and another for the speakers. They damaged the strews on the back panel both times. Now, I can't open it up myself. Products were okay though.

Great customer service, I bought MSI 24” 1080p monitor, staff was very supportive and helped me with monitor stand as I didn’t have a screw driver. Highly recommended.

The team at TECS are amazing! I was interstate for work in Melbourne and left my laptop cord at home, they went over and above to get me back up and running with a new cord. Highly recommend! Service, product and price all fantastic. Will definitely use these guys again!

I rarely have high praise to give but this store is the exception. Absolutely AMAZING customer service with a level of passion I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Harry was Imensely helpful in my quest to get a spare motherboard & CPU back into a working system & dealt with a very difficult customer in the utmost professional way. 10/10 I highly reccomend.

I had an excellent experience with Tecs.I was in a rush to find anti-static bags for shipping microcontroller devices interstate. Nowhere in Melbourne had them. But they pulled together what they had and I bought it for a much discounted price.They were a lifesaver in my time-limited situation. Not only that, their employees are fast, kind and welcoming.I had a warm first experience with them and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

I have a 10 year old Samsung laptop that was running out of space on the C: drive. (I know I should get a new laptop but I’m comfortable with my current laptop and it suits my laptop requirements right now.) Anyway, I brought my laptop into Tecs and confirmed an a memory upgrade was possible. A new C: drive with one terabyte of memory was special ordered for me. Within 24 hours from my initial contact with Tecs, my computer was ready for pickup with more than enough memory for my needs for years to come. For the actual repair, i worked with Sammy. Sammy thoroughly communicated to me immediately after the new hard drive was received and gave me a phone call shortly before my laptop was ready for pickup. Prices were reasonable. I was very pleasantly surprised

Purchased a laptop from here during my university.At that time, Mick was really helpful and provided assistance with order. I remember getting great service including product shipping from Melbourne to ACT.So after nearly 10 years when I decided to upgrade my laptop, Tecs was the first place I contacted.It was very nice to know that Mick was still there.Mick followed up with the stock enquiry, questions regarding products.Mostafa was another person who provided excellent service when Mick was not around!They even shipped the product for overnight delivery which was a nice surprise.It was really great experience to purchase another device from here, I would consider Tecs for any computer related purchases.
