Target Southland

Target Southland has to be one of the better Target outlets. It's quite large really and well laid out with plenty of isle space and a big range and overall a good selection of product for young and old including babies and toddlers. This Target has just about everything you need and at great prices and very often it has great sales. The Clearance racks are always worth a look. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I personally hate self service. Self service I end up having a human/staff members help after all that..defeats the whole purpose. However good range, I order online and collect predominantly. Customer Service on shop floor- if you find staff then your in luck.

Nothing has changed from my last review except for COVID. This store practises a functioning COVID 19 systems and has QR code check in as well.This is my local Target store when I buy goods in person. Its a large store and has all the goods in stock so no back ordering and they have the size clothes you want.Located in the Southland shopping center it has an entrance from within the complex and also an outside entrance on the Tennyson St side.It like all the other Target stores, clothing, linen, cookware, electrical goods. Public toilets located in the Southland complex. Ample parking as well as disabled parking

A big store and has an entrance conveniently close to a ground floor car park. Not easy to find staff for help but when you do they are helpful. You are able to pay at the main entrance / exit at both the centre itself or the car park. Overall a good selection of items. Not sure if they were relocating what I was looking for or not. The selection was quite bare and I was not able to buy what I wanted.

There needs to have the signs better for public transport ,I was walking around looking to get to my bus . I know I don't go much to the shopping centre but it would be still handy to have good signs to the bus stop.

What a great store! There is something nice to purchase for everyone for the holidays!

Toys section can be a bit crowded and narrow sometimes if you are there with a pram, you will have to be careful. Enjoy coming in here to check out some kids stuff and also toys.

I'm giving this a 3 but I think it's more a 3.5I've done well out of this store over the years (so has my wife) and would recommend it as a clothes buying option for bargains. There are many other sections to meander through - toys, homewares, but I couldn't say there is anything unique about it. Staff are helpful, friendly.I'm not a fan of the self-checkout system. Those who like some human interaction will be disappointed. Flybuys points for purchases is a plus.

Target is great for adult and kids clothing and kids presents. But good lord the range of kids stuff, clothes, toys, games, books, party stuff, shoes, accessories (particularly for princesses) and on and on and on. Target now stock products from FAO Schwartz the revered American toy company and I couldn't resist picking up a tiny teddy. Went in for coat-hangers and came out with new gym gear (leggings and t-shirts), wrapping paper, jam gift sets and yes coat hangers. They also stock retro branded t-shirts, socks and pyjamas think Coke t-shirts, Splice pyjamas and Pringles socks! Self-serve checkout easy to use. 12.11 I really love this time of the year at all the department stores! Brought kids Xmas pyjama sets, Batman action figure, F.A.O Schwartz purse set and for reasons unknown a yoyo with instruction booklet for all those yoyo tricks! Target really has everything! 16.2.23 great Easter gifts and themed clothing.
