Newstead Terraces is a lovely boutique apartment complex that is fortunate to have a great property manager in Georgina Bishop. Georgina is a hard working & pragmatic property manager who is a pleasure to deal with.

Georgina is, without a doubt, one of the best Caretakers I've worked with in the Strata Industry. No task is too difficult or troublesome for her and the results speak volumes to her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry. She genuinely cares for her properties, tenants and owners! Absolutely love working with her!

Georgina is by far the best manager. Very professional and always happy to go the extra mile to help her tenants. Really friendly and easy to get along with :)

Newstead Terraces is like living in a private little oasis right in the middle of the city. With it's luxurious amenities and resort style pool, it is a wonderful place to call home. The building is immaculately maintained by the onsite manager, Georgina, who is the absolute best property manager I have ever been lucky enough to encounter. Her assistant, Doogle the dog, is a highlight of the building, he is a very good boy.I cannot sing enough praises to Georgina, she works hard to keep things beautiful and running smoothly, and is just a pleasure to deal with as a tenant. This is a dream place to live with large apartments and bigger balconies. I have lived here for several years now and hope to stay several more. I can't imagine living anywhere else!

This has been my home for the past 18 months and I couldn't be more pleased. Great complex, well maintained, beautiful quiet leafy street, and it is not often you come across a property manager like Georgina. In fact, to date I haven't.
