I recently moved out of an apartment managed by Civium and unfortunately had a negative experience with their property agent. I must point out that many of the comments in the inspection report were inaccurate and unfair. The inspector copied and pasted the same text repeatedly without actually checking the state of the place. For example, there were no bottles in the cupboards, no grease or dust in the cupboards and no dust or hair in the bathroom cupboard. Additionally, the exhaust fan was not working, and while the inspector noted its cleanliness. Also, maintenance requests takes ages and to get a technician for aircon I sent a dozens of emails.Furthermore, the inspector made unreasonable demands and failed to take into account the age of the apartment. The floor is over 35 years old, and the scratches and marks are a result of accumulated wear and tear over time. As for the air conditioning, it was not working when I moved in, and the agency arranged for a technician (after dozens of emails) to fix it. The technician noted that the aircon had not been cleaned in at least two years, which is why it was not functioning correctly. Although the agent is requesting from me to clean the inside of aircon, filters and etc as a technician.Overall, I feel that the agent comments were not accurate and served the interest of the landlord rather than the tenant. If you're considering renting through Civium, I would advise caution and recommend that you thoroughly document the state of the apartment when you move in to avoid similar issues when moving out. Additionally, be prepared for delays in maintenance requests and unreasonable demands from the agency's property inspectors.ThanksElvira Jabrayilova

Alia from the finance team is very responsible and replied to my request immediately . I did ask for a financial report for Ayana building in Casey and I didn’t expect I can get it within a week. But she got in touch with me the same afternoon and explained that the system wasn’t working and apologized, and she say she will send it to me the day after. As she said, I received it early in the morning. That is a very good services and good personnel, I am very happy with that.

I recently vacated an apartment managed by Civium and encountered issues with the condition report provided by their agent. I found the comments to be misleading and in favor of the landlord rather than reflecting the actual state of the apartment. If you are contemplating renting through Civium, please exercise caution and document the condition of the apartment meticulously upon moving in to avoid any discrepancies at the end of the lease. I would also like to highlight that maintenance requests may take longer to be fulfilled, and the agency's property inspectors may make unreasonable demands.

Our complex has been with Civium for quite a while, and we were quite unhappy until Monique came along and took over being our strata manager. She is absolutely fantastic, organised, responsive and committed. She has dealt with all queries in a professional and pragmatic manner. I have been very happy with the assistance I and the EC have received from Monique Bosma since she was appointed as the Strata Manager for UP10. Monique is knowledgeable, efficient, very easy to deal with and gets things done for us very promptly. We had planned to terminate our arrangement with Civium at the beginning of 2022 because we were not happy with the service that we were receiving - but we are now very happy with the service and will stay with Civium so long as Monique is our Strata Manager.
