If I could give no stars I would!Been coming for years but NO moreIf you don't have private Medicare make sure you check your claim carefully before HR block submit to ATOAnd don't rely on a verbal conversationBecause I didn't checkbefore they submited as I'm not sure what I would be checking as I'm not a professional CPA that's why I paid HR blockI now have a debtThis has happen 3 times 2019 2021 2022ATO state they are seeing this more and moreMoving forward time to look elsewhere

If there was an option to give no star I would. Abouslty hopeless complete waste of 2 hours! And the false advertising, rude never will be going back

Overall Kaka service! Only went here because my usual agent was not available. The agent I saw was rude and claimed low amounts on my entitlements, which you didn't need receipts, even though she could clearly see I work so hard, with a huge amount of tax deduction for the year.

Have been using H&R Block for many years now. Professional and friendly service always. Highly recommended.

They have good consultant to help you submit your tax.
