I had a problem with a bore pressure vessel and these guys talked me through the repair (said I could do it myself) and supplied a spare part instantly at a very reasonable price. Can't get better than that.

Poor service... came to view job of shifting and reconnecting a pump and said they would be back the following week. No show so rang after 3 weeks and they turned up the following day. Job left incomplete but they said they would return with parts and finish off. Never returned and a long unpleasant battle ensured with admin who claimed the job was complete and wanted full payment. In the end I picked up the parts and completed the job myself. Not planning to use them again.

Went in to get a new house pump, staff were very friendly and helpful about all the features and warranty on the pump and they had a good range there in stock. Have had the pump for a few days now and very happy with the performance.
