Airlie Beach Transfers

Had a private return transfer from PPP to airlie. Perfect friendly service. On time. Called us and provided info on flight details like delays. Highly recommend them.

Their full day tour was amazing, we were among the ones in the inaugural run. Charlie is a knowledgeable guide, along with Robert who's also a photographer. Both are fun to be around with, and have loads of stories to share. We had a great day with some delicious snags for lunch! They also dropped us off at the airport.A must do, perfect for the day you checkout with an evening flight!

We were told our driver would be waiting at the airport on our arrival. No one was there so we waited 20-30 minutes before someone showed up. Then the morning of our return transfer we were advised they were short staffed and the only option for us would be to be picked up at 10am not 11.30am. This did not suit us as we had plans for the morning & who wants to wait at the airport for longer with kids. We were then offered a refund which turned out to be $50 when the return transfers cost us $132 so not even half the cost refunded and we were out of pocket over $100 in a taxi fair to the airport. What if I didnt have the $100?? We will be using another company next time and will not be recommending.

Fantastic locally owned company! It was our first trip to Airlie Beach, and they were wonderful with communication. Seamless trip with an excellent driver, friendly and giving a great little talk about the local area. Kids really enjoyed the shuttle!Booked our return trip with them after we confirmed our travel plans, it was just as easy and professional. The lovely Jen collected our family, with a complimentary upgrade to a private van!We loved this entire holiday, and will hopefully return soon. When we do, we will definitely be booking this company, and hopefully have time for a tour too!

Great service! On time and comfortable transfer. I called early morning before my flight from Brisbane and a vehicle was there for us waiting when we arrived. Charlie was our driver and gave us lots of helpful information and was great for a chat!

Would not use again, booked to come back to the airport with a confirmation email clearly saying 9.20 pick up, called the night before to confirm and was told to be at the.pick up point at 9.15, called them after 9.30 and was told my pick up time was 11.15 which was different to the email confirmation, lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said why do you even want to get to the airport early, no apology about wrong times, and when she did pick us up she said she was doing us a favour by doing a private transfer!!!! Even when I showed her my email with the 9.20 time she still would not acknowledge it. Love your reply!!! Our flight was cancelled?? Booked on the 1.15 left on the 1.15!!!

Booked 4 return seats for my family from Proserpine Airport to Airlie Beach. Good value.Communication was great regarding pickup locations and times.Lovely air conditioned mini buses on both trips. Our first driver was great providing some knowledge and history on the small Proserpine township.Our other driver Jen was lovely and friendly. We'll use them next time for sure.

They just left us at the airport as we appeared to be the only one booking with this flight. Email sent couple of hours before the flight, which went into spam. It says - sorry, book something yourself. No trust whatsoever.

We booked a return transfer from Airlie beach to Proserpine, when we arrived we manned to find our driver and he said he had to wait for another person to pick up… he was very chatty and nice but failed to tell us how long we had to wait… 40 mins later .. another driver arrived and said he was their to pick up the same passenger .. oh well so we we waited for nothing … now today we find out the road is flooded and the airport is closed for our flight .. out airline was happy to rebook our flight to Hamilton island airport .. a great compromise … I then rang Jen and asked her about our transfer being canceled and she replied “it’s out of our control” so no refund and follow up your insurance … No offer of future credit, nothing .. basically “tough” , great for their reputation and brand … oh well this is my honest truthful review.. will be going for another company when we are back later in the year.
