I paid Stuart out in full before the job was complete and he never returned to finish the job. Won't answer my calls. After speaking with Dulux,they indicated Sealer was applied too soon and has damaged the finish of the concrete. Have formwork nails sticking out everywhere. Takes no responsibility for damage caused on site. Damaged retaining wall and structural damage to the brick wall. Stained my existing concrete and walls and retaining wall. Pictures of the concrete work shows it all. Won't warrant his workmanship. Make sure you get all his insurances and don't pay him out until you are satisfied that the job is done properly. Better yet, find someone else to do the job. Cost to fix the job so far are $5600 and another $1800 to fix the damage to the brick wall and retaining wall. That is a lot when the total project was worth $18,500. Concrete is also starting to crack.
