I was originally in the market for a specific meter, and while they didn't discount this particular brand as being inferior or steer me away from it, they simply showed me alternatives. I'm of the nature where before I commit to a substantial purchase, research extensively, and it would be reasonable for me to estimate more than 10 emails back and forth with various questions. Each and every time James Osborne emailed back without any push for me to make a decision. They're very patient.Finally, I recently had an issue with the meter, a case of bad luck and not of the manufacturers fault. I was waiting to see what the after sales support would be like, and as expected it was quick, easy and painless. The issue was resolved without a problem or complaint. I have been quite impressed with the service and highly recommend this company.
