I’ve been a loyal customer for almost four years and used to like the variety of sandwiches, their sophisticated quality, amount of filling and incredible taste. After Covid their prices went up and the sandwiches become more scarce. Even with little filling they still taste nice and were adequately flavoured.This morning I ordered a large almond latte and came back for my late breakfast to have a couple of sandwiches and to have another small almond latte.My order was not taken correctly and I was given a normal latte. When I pointed out the mistake the person who took my order abruptly told me “No! You’ve asked for latte”, shrugged his shoulders, took coffee back and didn’t offer to replace it.The one star is for his impolite customer service which together with my 4$ left for wrong coffee make it in total 5. Hope that he’ll become richer. Other staff are always warm and welcoming.

Liked it. Close by work and had aircon which was a must with this heat. Fish curry was brilliant (stole some off wife) but the falafel wrap was a touch dry.

I purchased a smoked salmon baguette and when I got back and opened my sandwiche I found a ver thin layer of smoke salmon on the edge of the roll. Had minimal amount of creamed cheese and a small layer of cucumber. Paid $14 for this rubbish.The food is becoming very poor in the last few month.

Great selection of food and great management team. The ladies who serve the food can seem quite blunt and a bit bothered when taking requests for food which does ruin the experience some days. Would have given five stars otherwise as I always enjoy the food.

Sadly probably the best food place for lunch in the area. NO VEGAN OPTIONS nor do they seem to care. Very traditional sandwiches, schnitzel, greek salad, coffee etc. Nothing out of the box which, being attached to SBS, you might think was possible. Not open on weekends or public holidays and closes around 4pm. Pretty ordinary, but seems clean and quite efficient. Coffee isnt bad either. Gets very busy around 9am and then again from 11:30 until 2pm. Food often sells out. Seating is limited and poor quality, it is out of the sun and rain though.

Friendly staff and great service. The cold food is nice and fresh. However, the hot food doesn't taste good at all. Seemed like there's been a change of management recently, they changed the food containers and put out some new dishes but not much of a difference.

I have been frequenting Food at SBS for almost 12 years now & their selection has improved greatly. Freshly made sandwiches, multiple salads, sushi, selection of snacks and drinks, hot food available for immediate purchase or order from their menu. Large selection of coffee and tea too. Prices for portion is reasonable.

The 1 star is based solely on a single milk shake purchase.People who make milk shakes should also drink them too. Then they would know what to do and how to do it.It needs ice-cream. Lots of it. COLD milk. Really COLD milk. It needs plenty of syrup. It needs a large cup. Not one of those little plastic cups. And no cardboard straws
