We paid Anh $400 to repair our alarm. He assured us the repair fixed our issue and we took his word for this. System failed after 1 day!Fault reoccurred and I called and texted Anh to have him come back and fix it like promised!Never came out and said he’d have a think about it!Multiple phone calls and a proposal that he refund us only half of what we paid - he refused to do anything. Went on to say that best option would be to spend $1500 and get an entire new system!Anh spent around 50 mins all up and we’re down $400 and without an operating alarm!I don’t usually write these types of reviews but feel the need to make others aware in case they decide to use this service provider who will make you feel they’ll get it fixed but the repairs are short lived and you’ll be back to where you started.I had only hoped this alarm service provider was a little more empathetic.
