Elsternwick Sleep and Snore Clinic
I initially had always disregarded my snoring and poor sleep. I would always be moody and tired during the day. This was until I did a sleep study to diagnose my apnoea. Aubrey's excellent expertise and knowledge has help me treat my problem effectively. I highly recommend to anyone with sleep issues to visit Aubrey. I feel much more happier and energetic these days. Finding someone like Aubrey is extremely rare and I’m so glad I did. The calibre of his work is second to none. He is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and takes a holistic approach to finding the best treatment options for you to get a good nights rest. Aubrey is incredibly knowledgeable and provides key insights and solutions as to why you might not be sleeping/functioning correctly. I really was not prepared for the positive change undergoing this process has had- if you even have an inkling that your sleep is an issue, then I can and always will recommend Aubrey.

The initial consultation with Aubrey was thorough, he listened attentively to my concerns and symptoms and explained the various tests available and recommended the most appropriate one for my specific needs.
