Worst agency I had to deal with. Michael Guirguis was the property manager I had to deal with. When we had issues (leaks or dishwasher broken) we had to wait 4 months before a technician come to, not fix it, just have a look, at the end it took 6 months for every request. Also at the end of our lease we requested the pay back of the extra rent we have paid. Michael made some mistake in the calculation and treated us as stupid people who cannot count. At the end he realised his mistake and didn't even apology, he found a way to say it wasn't his fault. We will never contract a new apartement or anything if it has to come from this agency, never ever!

After having a really bad experience with a realestate agency, ray white maroubra was a breath of fresh air. Helena was a delight to deal with.

I have inspected the property in Chapel Rd, Bankstown with MICHAEL GUIRGUIS agent, and I got bad experience. I sent him my application to his email, and called him more than 10 times, he hasn't given me any answer about my application approve or not. Even today, that property opens to inspection again, he also canceled the inspection, what's the point right here? You guys posted the properties on website, then we would like inspect, but then you just cancel? We want to apply to rent, and you ignore? So here is the way you guys treating customers?

I have to give my hat off to Tim Psaltis who has been the most amazing real estate agent I have ever crossed paths with. Through dealing with other agents from other companies it was clear no one came close to the professionalism, compassion and hard work Tim provided us when finding a property for us. Tim you are a star!!Tim did for us in half a day what other real estate agents from other agencies failed to do in the month we had been searching for a property. Ray White you have a gem of an agent and we are so grateful to have had someone as amazing as Tim accomodate us!!

Dean has been our property manager for the past 5 years. He has been a such pleasure to work with and provides a non-biased opinion. Sorting out any issues that arise in an efficient and pleasant manner. I appreciate his honesty and would recommend Dean to friends and family.

Helena has been extremely helpful with my search for an apartment in the eastern suburbs. She’s always early to the open homes, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s very kind, patient, and intuitive which is exactly what you need in an agent. It has been such a pleasure to work with her!!

My property manager Helena, has always been responsive to my emails whenever there was any problems at the property I was renting. Helena was always prompt in dealing with any issues. We had a such great experience with Ray White Maroubra.We wanted also to express our gratitude in particular with our Real Estate Agent Helena Apostolatos, who treated us with outstanding customer service during the whole process.

I have the property in Kensington suburb and managed by Michael Guirguis. Unlucky, I got bad experience.Firstly, the property rental below the market at least 20%.Secondly, in rental period have a lot of maintenance items. And no any maintenance receipt or invoice.Thirdly, ask Michael Guirguis many many many times, the tenancy agreement document, he refused to provide for landlord.Fourth, when the tenant leave apartment, Michael Guirguis refused return the key to landlord. He is very bad property agency.

Michael Guirguis and Koxan Oey are just professionals at ignoring emails from the clients. I've applied for a property almost a month ago and after calling them I was told that I would have the outcome in the same week. 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything from them. They don't reply to emails or anything. Just terrible service
