I have been using mastersparkles to clean my home on a weekly basis for a number of months now, and I am extremely impressed with their services! From the moment I reached out to them, their customer service was exceptional. Their team was incredibly professional, punctual and efficient. They paid great attention to detail and made sure every nook and cranny was thoroughly cleaned.I was amazed by how clean everything looked after their visit. They even went above and beyond and helped me rearrange some furniture, which was greatly appreciated.The prices for their services are very reasonable and I believe it's worth every cent. They have flexible scheduling and work with my busy schedule, which I found really impressive.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning company. I have used Master Sparkles for a few years now, they did a vacate clean on a rental property and I received my bond back and did not have to return to clean anything that was missed. Today they did a deep clean of a house I’ve neglected for a few months due to being pregnant and having a newborn. The service they provided was professional and my house is literally sparkling! They are very flexible, and willing to use my Enjo, rather than their own products - which are made 'in house'.They are very responsive to communication, helpful and friendly too.What I most love is, they use their initiative and also do any special requests I have, as time permits.I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for your cleaning needs. :)Thanks Team!!!

Can’t recommend these guys enough, always on time and leave my house spotless they’ve been coming weekly for a year now and never had any issues. Very friendly and professional, they also did my carpets and they came up looking brand new. Top service 10/10

When you leave your cleaners a list and they complete it and write the extra things they did on the back! We use them regularly and they always do a great clean. Very reliable and realistic. John is fantastic at keeping our house clean with 2 kids and 2 dogs no matter who comes to do the clean. ✨

I was extremely impressed when I walked into my house after the two cleaners from Master Sparkle's Cleaning Service had finished working their magic! The house is the cleanest it has ever looked and everything felt and smelled amazing, I was so impressed I have locked them in for a fortnightly clean because I want to walk into my house feeling this way all of the time. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a cleaner that goes above and beyond the basic clean and enjoys having those little extras done without having to ask.

I cannot thank Jonathan and his team enough! The incredible clean they have just completed on a house that we thought was beyond cleaning and in need of renovation is beyond words! I could not be more disappointed with the service and team at Master Sparkle's. We arranged a 2.5-hour cleaning service which involved the bathrooms, floors, and skirting boards, and when they arrived they didn't know what they were going to be cleaning. This was very unprofessional as they seemed unorganized and there was clearly a lack of communication between their internal teams. After 1.5 hours the cleaner in charge said that they were finished which I thought was unusual, but he reassured me that there were 3 of them so it was done faster. Once the floors were dry, I inspected the house and to my disgust, the areas which we paid for were not cleaned to even the lowest standard. The skirting boards were filthy, and the bathrooms still had hair in the drain. After contacting them to express my concern, they said there was nothing they could do, and said they would need more time to finish the cleaning - something that was never a concern prior to coming to clean the house.It has truly been a disappointing experience, and after further contact trying to rectify the issue, I was told I would have to pay for the to come back - I have now not heard back from any member of the team. Their website states they have a ''customer satisfaction guarantee'' - I can confidently say that I am far from satisfied.I would not recommend this service to anyone and warn current users of this service that they have complete disregard for cleaning quality and customer service.
