Been there twice now and the customer service has been amazing. The staff there are really friendly and I feel they are an honest workshop. I had both my cars go in for big jobs and it was done perfectly and pricing was good.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Racist and apparently they have the audacity to comment on people’s parenting skills. Definitely shows your ideal and moral! Good on you team kurmond auto care.Extremely Disrespectful and would highly not recommend them.

Was overcharged. Historically they have always been very helpful and reasonable, but this time I was charged for more hours than were physically able to be worked on the car - even if 2 mechanics were working on it concurrently, as was apparently the case it was explained - it still cannot possibly make 1.25 available physical hours into 2.5 plus diagnostics plus brake test plus whatever else would have been fixed prior to taking it for wheel alignment. But all that was possible in just 1.25 hours by two people. In other words 2 x 1.25 hours should have been 2.5 charged hours max but was on the bill for about 3-4 hours. And then some, because surely globes etc would have also been changed prior to the wheel alignment. So some 4 hours charged had been possible in just 1.25 hours x 2 mechanics. So I am slightly disappointed. Took it up with them in a nice manner, but it was plain denied, also denied the fact that once wheels are off to do brakes, it is not again necessary taking them off to do the ball joints etc, yet labour charges were just full kaboodle, for both jobs as if they hadBeen done in isolation. With most of us under severe budget constraints, just feel as if something was amiss there. I dont expect anything for free, but if a bolt is missing on the towbar Id expect to just be told instead of having to pay yet another half hour labour charge. On top of an already very large bill, maybe that could have been simply a goodwill gesture. Good that car also had the wheel alignment done, but I do feel as if the overall labour part of the bill was excessive, especially with the 2 main 'jobs' being on the front wheels, so some labour input only needed doing once(ie wheels to be pulled off and back on).
