Horrible arrogant travel agent.

NOT RECOMMENDEDThis Travel agent booked a ticket for my infant and confirmed me that Singapore airlines will provile baby basinet for the infant. But when I called Singapore Airlines just 2 days before the flight they told me baby basinet was never confirmed. Singapore airlines told me that it was your travel agents job to notify you that the baby basket is not available.I bought the air ticket atlist 2 months before and this Travel agent never notified me that baby basket was never confirmed or not available. The flight duration was 8 hours 20 mins. The age of my baby is only 10 monthsThe name of the owner is Elias.When I called Elias to help me out, he told me his job is just to request the airlines and his job is not to confirm it. This is not his problem. Then he also rejected to help further. I requested him multiple times as my wife and infant was travelling for the first time just by themselves. But he denied to help to rectify the issue without even any apologies.It was not only poor service but also I believe this travel Agent by the name of Elias was cruel to my infant by puting him in a flight without confirming a baby basket and worst part is he did not even told us.My whole family went through a stressful journey because of him. It was completely a cheat.

Did not receive any reply on my email query. Disappointing experience!
