I have been with Zin’s Nail for more than 2 years, i love her work and professionalism through every details.Her pricing is fair, as those who often gets their nails done with good quality products it comes with a price and i know i got a really good deal.I have recommended alot of my friends to go here as the pricing and the art is limitless. Zin will try every way to bring your dream nails to reality.Her works are amazing !!! Would totally recommend Zin’s Nails to everyone!!!

My friends and I got our nails done here after reading the wonderful reviews.My nails are not the shape I asked for even after them re doing them multiple times, they didn't have the colour I chose and they cut me multiple times. For myself I'm very unhappy, I paid $65 on top of the $45 for infills as I had multiple nails replaced.My friend checked multiple times on pricing for her nail designs and was told $10 each on top of the infills, no nails replaced. One of her nails has a HAIR in them. They also did not do they designed or colour she asked for. Once done they tried to argue with us that the pricing was $85 because we were late.We arrived on time and they did NOT charge me for a late fee"My friends nail tech changes his story many times and played dumb the whole time.Don't go.Overpriced

got my nails done here 3 times. They do pretty nails and they’re good at designing but very pricy comparing to other nail stores. I only come here for special occasions and usually get my nails done at places that are more affordable.

Hands down the best nail salon!! Zin is very kind and responds to my messages really fast when it comes to booking an appointment. She is so talented and takes her time to give you the best quality nails. Her staffs are friendly. Never had a bad experience here! I have always recommended my friends to give her a visit :--)

If I could leave a zero star review I would.The service offered did not meet expectations especially for the price that they set. I had a full set of acrylics done with only 2 nails to be designed and the employees spent almost 3 hours on my nails. There was a separate promotion running at the time where the price is discounted if you pay in cash. I only received this discount because I paid in cash but otherwise would've been charged $90 for a messy job. My fingers were cut several times, and I had to sit there and try to clean off the bits of glue and hardening acrylic off of my fingers. This is an unacceptable standard of service. Upon asking if there was another way to resolve this with Zin, they refused to help. I should not be required to travel far to fix" my nails when the service should've been competent in the first place. This just reflects an inconsistency in their services and thus

Zin is absolutely amazing. My acrylic nails always last for 2-4 weeks before I need another fill in. She is talented, fair and the prices for her services are reasonable. Zin always gives me what I want.

My friend and i had an appointment to get our nails done for our formal at 11 can came in at 10:30. We waited until 11:40-11:50 for them to start on our nails which was slightly frustrating as we had plans for later in the day.The man and woman who served us however were very friendly and not rude at all but seemed to not know what they were doing as we ended leaving around 2:50. It took them just over 3 hours to do our nails, which i understand does take long but was way to long for what usually takes me an hour and a half max at other places. consider we booked ourselves in too. i do appreciate that they were taking their time to try perfect our nails but towards the end it seemed rushed.I found the nails to be way over priced. I was charged 104 (originally 130 but was given 20% off due to a Tuesday discount). They did not know how much to charge and kept asking each other how much they should be charging it just was unprofessional and frustrating as we had travelled and hour for a poor experience.My nails did not come out exactly the way i wanted and i felt bad to even tell them. My friends nails came out with a lot of bumps and bubbles despite 2 seperate nail technicians trying to work to fix it. My nails had some bumps and bubbles too. My usual nail place charges me half the price fore better quality, fast nails made by appointment.Unfortunately i will not be coming here again as i had high hopes. I do believe these nail technicians can improve and i am hopeful that they can provide a faster and smoother experience for customers in the future.

If you are going to get your nails done at Zin Phan, make sure you ask them for the price break down before you start. I showed them a photo from their instagram asking how much for the exact set & design and they said $65. However once it came time to pay they said $100 and said that $65 was only for the infill and $35 was for the nail design (pink v lines). Perhaps they miscommunicated, but even then the design for $35 is wayyyy overpriced especially when it's not done well. I asked them to re-do it since I wasn't happy, but because it was taking over 2 hours I ended up settling as I had to go. Overall it was a not a great experience

Please be careful with this nail salon and do consider going elsewhere if you can.My friends and I traveled all the way from the central coast to get our nails done after hearing amazing reviews, when we got there we were treated with nothing but disrespect. One of my friends was in pain and the lady just told her to stop moving (it was clear she was in a lot of pain) they were rough, and there was just no sign of care in sight.As for me, I got something done that was completely different to what I had asked, even after explaining and repeating multiple times. I also got charged double the price to what was said to me at the start, after finishing. They deny this and try to make me out to be a liar, it’s very upsetting.I was pressured into paying that ridiculous price, and then I left the nail salon almost in tears.Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, when I got on my train I found HAIRS stuck to my nails.. I honestly feel sick and wish I could attach a photo to show.I’m sure many others have had good nail experiences with this salon, but for me it was the worst experience I have ever had.Customer service and hygiene is absolutely appalling. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother. This nail salon cannot be trusted.
