Bakers Delight Gisborne

The worst customer service I have ever seen, especially the owner who is always so rude and aggressive with staffs and customers. Never come back there. Very disappointed with the owner who denied to give a receipt to a regular customer in very aggressive behaviour.

Not my favourite place to be honest. I feel Brumbies is much better quality. The staff are great though

I was a first hand witness to the owner Richard verbally abusing his staff members over multiple occasions. I have observed this over the years of buying from the adjacent fruit and vegetable shop and surprised to see the lack of criticism from the community in these reviews. I got to know a few employees by first name basis and observed the bullying.Richard sought out to bully these employees:- Bonnie (Calling her incompetent)- Lauren (Calling her slow on a closing shift and making her tear up)- Nick (Using profanity to describe him and his work ethic)- Kate (Referring to her as useless)- There was two other boys who he berated for complaining about how cold the store was despite enforcing shorts and a t-shirt as a uniform. Both quite tall.All in all, the fact he remains manager despite the bullying i MYSELF have witness astounds me.

*Freshly baked breads every day through out year.My favourite one is ( spinach & fetta focaccia)Its a family own business Father & Son duo run whole show everyday, really very hard working family.Richard peel ,owner is a great man.kind regardspasta aecidia

These Bakers are clueless!I just brought a “Blueberry and White Choc Hot Crossed Bun” that had not even one single blueberry or piece of white chocolate FFS. It was a normal HCB with Coconut sprinkled on it.Apparently this is what has replaced the Scones…Aside from being deceitful and a ripoff its - ONE STAR EFFORT BAKERS!

The worst customer service place , the staffs have no proper training because their owner who is very rude and aggressive with them and customers.There is a better bakery Brumby in town to support.

Richard at the Bakers at Bakers Delight do an amazing job. His support for the local community is amazing every year on Anzac is a great supporter to the Anzacs.Hot cross buns are exceptional over Easter.All your bakery needs including pizza bases are here
