Exceptional service at a professional level in every way is how l would describe CameraCorpThe list of equipment they have to offer for rental is astounding and the process is made simple and lets not forget to mention how fast, in my case Fuji X-T3 was delivered was astounding to say the least!The rental agreement is very flexible and gives you options which also includes being able to buy it outright and breakdowns are clear and present with a payout summory scheduleCameracorp is a worth recipient of a 5 star review and have now hesitations in recommending them to others:)

Application is easy enough if you are looking to rent a camera.But if you do, please remember to purchase the insurance cover.I did rent a canon camera a while ago, however it stopped working with an error message - it was not my fault as I didn’t do anything. Sent the camera back and got a quote which is $520. They did not cover any cost as I don’t have insurance covered for it.So I paid $520! And while the camera was getting fixed, the rental fee was still charged by Direct Debit, even my rental was expired. I asked for refund of the rental fees being charged while I didn’t have the camera but I didn’t get anything back.So basically I paid $520 plus 6 months ish rental fees without the camera - Not a very pleasant experience.

I placed an order on Friday afternoon for an XT-20. It was a super saver so it had been rented before. On Saturday I got a very friendly call just to ensure i was who I said by verifying a few items on the credit check. By Tuesday the camera was at my door.It was very well packaged. Unlike some it didn’t come in its original box, but came very well packaged in a brand new camera bag. I suspect the battery was new but can’t be 100% sure (would be worth asking). The camera despite being used before was immaculate, you wouldn’t know it wasn’t brand new. The lens had some very minor scratches on the barrel but the glass was fine.Someone mentioned hidden costs in the reviews although I’ve yet to come across any. The delivery was stated at $14 and you have the option to add insurance, for me it was $4 a month which insures against accidental damage and theft (but not loss and theft by negligence is loss). i was sent an email with the month vs purchase price and a clear guide.There was no shipping confirmation or tracking provided which would have been nice.I will update if I have any issues but so far I’m very impressed with the service.

Repeat customer. They make good quality gear accessible, and make it easy to 'try before you buy'. (Camera gear can be a pricey outlay.) They tend to be a bit ice-y when making new applications, but after that, customer service is generally excellent. Thank you, Camercorp!

I don't leave many reviews for services, but I have no complaints about this one. I'm based in Sydney and everything I ordered was shipped fast without any delays. The product was placed inside the original packaging as if I purchased directly from the manufacturer. I agree with the reviewer above, you should always do your research before making it rain with dollar bills. But I have found that this company has been completely transparent with me about it's prices and policies. This includes details about the product you're renting and its usage history. As for customer service, I emailed about a product that I need additional information about and received a timely response. Cameracorp, you have my seal of approval.-Brandon

I have rented a used Canon 80D for three months from this company. The fact that one can rent for three months with this company is the reason that I chose them. I didn't want to commit to six months of payments without knowing if the camera will do what I want or not. The Camera has a small dent on one of dials, however, it is fully functional and I have taken some great pictures from my kids using the 18-135 lens.The camera arrived earlier than expected and had everything that I needed with it, including the SD Card, batteries, charger, strap, etc. They also have a protection plan to cover the costs in the case of theft or accidental damage which is great. I am a happy customer so far.

I have always found the service from Cameracorp to be exceptional. Their website provides a comprehensive range of products which can be rented from as little as 3 months. I have had in total 7 agreements with them and have never had an issue. Payout is very easy as a phone call and a direct deposit.The staff are always very friendly, professional and arrange fast delivery via StarTrack with a tracking number. Typically Delivery to Sydney takes 1-2 days which is excellent. Item are packaged to the highest standard, and all the equipment I received has been factory reset just like new.I always feel confident when dealing with Cameracorp

Camera corp is amazing, great service if you have any issues with the gear that you rent.Being able to rent equipment for 6 months really lets you know if it's something that you are going to use. And there is no issue returning gear after the 6 month period.They have insurance at a reasonable price that can be added to your monthly payment.Check out the preloved gear for a bargain.

I almost never write reviews but I felt like I had to because this company is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I’m a landscape photographer and my camera died just before Christmas (not the best time to go and spend thousands on a camera) so I thought I’d just rent one for a few months and found this company. I go out and take photos EVERYDAY! And I thought I’d be lucky if I get it delivered before the New Year’s Day. Well... I made an application on Tuesday the 18th, and I got the camera on Friday the 21st! What?? Unheard of!! Keep in mind they based in Adelaide and I live in rural Victoria! Camera was in perfect condition, felt like just purchased a brand new one even tho it was a used model. Go with this guys, you won’t be disappointed! Reasonable prices and awesome customer service! You guys rock! Love your work!
