Been with Sam Swami and property Gurus for a couple of years now, and honestly can't fault them at all. Sam even went out of his way to secure us another property when new owners wanted to move in. Honestly the best landlord we've ever had, inspections are a breeze, never had an issue or complaint.

I’m a second time renter first time was a 2 year lease, 2016-2018, had a horrible realestate company on another property for 3 years, then I have gone back to Property Gurus this year.The property manager Sam, is very kind, easy to deal with.He is the human or realestate agents, he understands life, and what it’s like to have children, so on inspection days, he understands that I work full time and being a full time mum, I may miss a few things but he’s happy I take of the properties I rent. I have been renting form this company for pass 3 year . The service is excellent. Mr Sam swami is very good agent to help us find the house and care about every one , even newly come to Australia but had to find the place his helping me and other for rent . Hands down Sam is a flat out liar. He tryed to say he was the land agent and tryed to say that a friend of mine was refusing to sign a lease when he never produced one kicked a family out right in the middle of the covid lockdown last year in Adelaide and said he didnt care that the mother and her family still had to leave he also said it wasnt his responsibility to help her find a home even though by Law he was supose to he lied to SACAT about stuff that wasnt even true. He even made it hard for them to get another property all because he was angry that he didnt get his was with SACAT. He got hostile when the ladys jewelry was stolen out of her bedroom draws one day during a open house inspection once she brought it up and then lied on why he was asking her to leave when he wanted to have other people rent it that had no children. If i was to ever come across any property's that have dealings with Sam and his business i will most definitely turn the opposite direction and walk away. Never have i heard of a company being so rude and agro towards a lot of people i dont understand why they still in business for its not right.
