So I'd be very careful about buying anything here. The owner of the company Joe Muvenngi and his daughter Lorraine were extremely abusive so be very careful when returning items. I'm now getting my solicitor to sort this matter out due to the aggressive and abusive nature of the owner.The owner, Joe has also invited my solicitor to fight him at his other work at AKD Softwoods. They have been informed.Everything here is worse than a $2 shop

Got helium balloons for a party, they were really busy, but made time to do our balloon with a smile, very pleased with the results, will definitely be back.

Very un-Australian business.Do not support this business as it does not support the locals that keep it afloat.They are more than happy to take your money for their cheap, poorly made products, but as soon as you ask for a refund they become extremely rude and break the law.Have purchased a lot from here this month whilst visiting the town, and nearly every single item has either not worked or has broken after a few uses. One item I took back and exchanged twice, only to have the 3rd one fail the exact same way. All this in less than 1 month from the original purchase. I took it back with my receipt for a refund, only to be illegally refused. I could swap it for another of the same product, or have a store credit. When I pointed out they were breaking the Australian Consumer Law by refusing to refund me for a majorly defected product, I was called unpleasant and they still refused.Turns out the owner of the business said he would rather go through VCAT and pay all those court expenses, and put us all through unnecessary stress, than follow basic Australian business practices.My honest advice if you want to shop here for some reason, would be to stand at the front door and throw them your money. Don't even bother taking any products in exchange. You'll save yourself a lot of stress and negativity, and still end up with the same thing... Emptier pockets.Absolutely disgusting.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I went in there today looking for a screen protector for my daughters phone. The young staff member came and helped me find the correct one. You never know what you'll find, always worth a browse
