I am not fan of Zara brand. My brother suggested me to visit Zara so we both went to this store and i really liked their product. I purchased puffer jacket( snow or mountain) and it was really amazing in terms of color, quality and warm level. After i wore during my snow trip I really liked the jacket as it was warm and comfortable. It was worth buying.If i will talk about staff, I didn’t interacted with staff as there was no need but i think they would help me if i need it.Overall store experience was good.

Pathetic experience.Low on staff,low on stock.To enquire about on the availability of stock one has to line up. For multiple things line up multiple times. Just robots trained to behave mechanically.

Customer service in this store is DEAD. They have 4 people at the fitting room but not one can assist you with sizes whilst your in there trying on clothes. Once I got to the counter the girls were too busy chatting to even greet me, they continued their chat the entire time and didn't acknowledge me at all. Oh also they want you to hang your own clothes on the hanger. When they have 4 people standing around at the fitting room what a joke!

I first time visited Zara. I was very excited about it but it was a worst experience ever. One of the staff member in men section was very impolite . He spoke to us very rudely without any our fault. His behaviour was racist but still we talked to him politely and left the store but as I turned my face to him and I saw him, making face on us. It was my first and last experience of Zara now me and my family will never visit it again.

Great customer service by the team here at Parramatta. I had been recently purchased a leather wind jacket that was hand wash defective and was heart broken not knowing if I’d find a solution when coming in store but the kind girl at the front desk put my mind at ease as the manager got the same product for me and the cashier did the exchange as I was not seeking reimbursement more so the same product I fell in love with but not faulty. I will be cautious with future purchases as some of their products aren’t of stable material but will definitely shop in again due to the help I received this morning.

When I came out of the fitting room, they told me to hang up the clothes that I didn't want to buy. It's a bit disappointing that they didn't ask me how it went. Other store staff usually ask about the fitting experience and This is something to consider for this store's customer service.

i went to zara parammata stor ,was so so bad experience,staff not helpful at all ,they do not xare about customer ,i drived long way to pick up something,they checked they had 5 in sotck but one did care to find out for me ,no one ,i asked 3 people ( one in fitting room,on if floor ,one in counter ) very bad experience,no one care to help customer in this store

Went into Zara not even 5 min ago, was exchanging a jacket I had. Most horrendous customer service. The girl refused to give me her name otherwise I would’ve called her out loud n clear. Absolute disgrace, so much attitude for what. It was some Asian lady with blonde hair n lash extensions, wearing a stripped black n white long sleeve top. Everyone else was super nice, she was extremely rude. Much better off going to other zara stores

Good store layout, limited stock though, not all styles seen at city store were seen at this store. The staff at change rooms and checkouts were quite rude.

Went in looking for a specific shirt that was labelled as in stock for the Parramatta store. I asked a worker if they had it. He went to look for it for me and told me to look around the store but never came back to me to update me. After fifteen minutes I ask another worker who did the exact same thing, walking past me numerous times after ten minutes not saying if it was in stock or not. Spent a total of an hour in the store for none of the workers to actually help me. The expensive price tags aren’t worth it. Go to Uniqlo instead
