I had a repair for an exhaust manifold gas leak.The staff were so friendly and the quote was so quick.However, I have some disappointing things below...1 week later, everything was done, then I was pretty surprised because it was $400 higher than the quote amount.Moreover, I am still wondering why the coolant tank came back empty, and, of course, it triggered overheating.The turbo back pipe's bracket was not fixed and it caused a low vibration noise when the car was idling.A battery connector was also not re-connected, but it was just left with rubber tape wrapping.Eventually, the gas leak stopped and runs very smoothly now though.Sadly, I would not recommend it, but you might need extra money for additional work after repair.

Worst experience by far. Quoted $350 for a muffler repair and 1 hour. Had to come back 3 times to explain what we wanted and they still didn’t do what we asked. The receptionist we dealt with had no idea what was going on and gave us false information on several occasions. 3 hours later, not what we asked for, and still expected us to pay the full fee. When we tried to explain we were unhappy, there was no apology and major attitude from the receptionist Robyn. Would not recommend this company to a single other person. The worst customer service i’ve ever come across.

I would not recommend this place for a pre-purchase inspection service as in the RACQ report provided by the mechanic, it was not highlighted an issue with the head unit screen of my car, and the RACQ online resolution team would not even accept proof of the unidentified issue to provide a resolution

Cannot fault the service we recently received. Rang on a Saturday to make a booking. Only had a short window as we were travelling back from the cape to Melbourne but needed urgent repairs. The Hannam team agreed to make an assessment first thing Monday. Turned up and not only did they fix our problem, the price was great as well. Wish we could get this level of service back home. Thanks

These blokes are great. No one else could seem to fix my problem they went out of their way to find what was going on. Cars going good now highly recommend, great price, excellent service these guys know what they are doing
