Sonic HealthPlus Karratha GP Super Clinic

Scammed us of our money, made my partner and I pay $140 each for two skin check appointments. But we were in and out in 15min. They told us we had to paid for two long consultation appointments. Pretty much paid for the doctor to have a 45min break.

Had a 1030 app for a medicalRocked up at 1015 and they had no paperwork ready. It is now 1215 and im still sitting here. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Sonic Health Karratha is an absolute joke.Went in there with a detached bicep which was done at home.Was basically told by a reception who could barely speak a word of English that if it was a workers comp claim I could see a doctor pretty much immediately, but due to it being a personal injury they were fully booked for 10 days.

Brilliant Doctors and Staff are so Helpful.

Doctors are fantastic , but trying to get through on a Saturday is enough to send a person crazy .

Waited 1hour past appointment time...Dr was reviewing me under a different case even though had paper work in front of her...and ask me to return in 3 days but when asking for appointment fully booked for upcoming week...next time will go to the vets

If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionists are absolutely zero help. Waited three weeks for an appointment, then the day of said appointment, Doctor is sick (which is completely unavoidable). Was told they would reschedule me and call me back…no call back was ever received. Tried to call to see what was happening and when they could get me in, no record of the reschedule but that I was going on the priority list and they were going to call me back. Once again no call back and trying to call them again resulted in another very confused receptionist who didn’t know anything but that I could be booked in in two weeks. Over a month from the original appointment. Ridiculous. If this was a Doctors in any capital city, they would be crucified for the lack helpfulness and professionalism….but this is Karratha so there isn’t many options. Karratha Medical Centre (Not Sonic Health) receptionist was very simpathetic, and called me back with a cancellation later that day. I know cancellations occur, but a simple process to get you back to the front of the line makes sense, given how long you have to wait for an appointment to begin with. Do better.

‼️mum shaming business.‼️ went for my and bubs 6 week check up. Firstly they booked it wrong so only one of us could get a check up. They wanted me to fill out 5 pages paperwork on my way out when I actually just wanted to pay and leave since my 6 weeker was crying. Because of the paperwork I had to fill out, like if my 6 week old baby smokes and who his parents are etc, I couldn't carry my 6 week old baby who has reflux, to make him stop crying. I also had to hold my toddler at the other hand, so she was not running away, out through the doors. 3 pages in, a nurse came out and told be my baby should stop crying since it stresses the people out. i told her that he only stops when I carry him and that I have to run after my other child (phone distraction didn't work) and fill out this paperwork (general stuff, which should be transferred from the hospital into my file)in the same time. after she assessed the situation, she offered me to help, so I told her to pick him up, which she didn't do. She just shook the pram, what I did anyway. At the end i just left, in tears, didn't fill out their paperwork, didn't get the receipt for my payment since they had issues with their printer and I didn't want to wait any longer and disturb " more people."

Great Doctors and helpful staff here. Always busy but worth the wait.Make sure you book an appointment well in advance. I like the fact that I can come on a Saturday morning.
