Emailed prior to arrival for batteries with specific terminal location- was advised they were available. Made the journey there -40mins drive- to be advised there were none, not 1. I had asked for 3! Absolute cowboys. Give them a wide birth- extremely unprofessional. Not even an apology or offer to call if stock became available. Never again

When they answer the phone with “what” and then get all funny about an advertisement you seen on gumtree… you know this is a waste of time.Asked for a list of parts and availability… was told he’d call me back in 30 mins and took my details. I’m still waiting for that call. Gone elsewhere.

BOUGHT HEADLIGHT.WENT TO RETURN IT ON DAY LATER.EVEN TAG WAS NO REMOVD THEY TOLD RETURNS R NOT ACCEPTED.ON INVOICE IT SAYS RETURN R ACCEPTED UP TO 14 DAYS. THEY TOLD RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FROM ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS ONLY.ITS NOT MENSON ON INVOICE CLEARLY.PAID $440 FOR SECOND HANDLIGHT.NEVERE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Speedy response (albeit minimal words when replying to messages) to enquiry but quoted nearly double the price of a dealer brand new part. Suggest looking at other wreckers if you don’t want to pay inflated prices.
