I’ve been here for a haircut three times: once at the large storefront and twice at the small one. I was happy with the haircut at the large storefront, even if the hairdresser seemed a bit grumpy.Today I had the weirdest haircut of my life at the smaller storefront. I have long hair and was asked to stand up for part of the cut, which has never happened to me at any other hairdresser before, and she straightened JUST the ends of my hair to do a trim even though my hair is already very straight.The worst part of the haircut is my bangs. She asked if I wanted layers in my bangs and I said no and explained what I wanted. When I asked what she was doing she admitted to putting small layers into my bangs and seemed to get annoyed when I said that that wasn’t what I wanted and tried to explain how I liked it cut. If a client gives clear instructions for what they want, a hairdresser should never ignore that even if they disagree! I’m not happy with how she cut my bangs because they’re slightly uneven and shorter than I wanted, so now they get in my eyes. After his experience I won’t be going back to either storefront.Like others, I was asked to pay in cash. When I said that I didn’t have any cash on my they let me pay with card.

After reading recent reviews by mothers who had brought their daughters in for a cut, I was somewhat apprehensive but I thought I’d give it a try anyway.I had a good experience and my daughter and I are satisfied with the results.My daughter had a trim and fringe cut.I watched from start to end.It cost $30 and the lady spent a decent amount of time on my daughter.Price did not include a hair wash.

Friendly and welcoming service. Lovely service. They take really good care of their customers and also provide great hair tips. They double check before finishing making sure they haven't missed a single hair to straighten. Really thorough. My favourite hair salon. I highly recommend.

I took my daughter in this afternoon for a quick trim for school photos the next day. I will be honest, I didn't pay too much attention to the back after checking the length of the fringe. We agreed the length was fine and then she gathered the fringe and cut it on an angle, still looked OK. Got home and brushed her hair, to say the back was appalling is an understatement, I have never seen such a bad hair cut. The only way to show you how bad it is, is to include a photo. My daughters hair is thick but we just asked for a slight trim, straight across. In hindsight I should have checked when the hairdresser took a call and proceeded to wedge the phone between her shoulder and ear whilst continuing to cut her hair. Once we combed the fringe at home, it is uneven as well. I am stunned the hairdresser thought this was OK to let us walk out and also the most money I have spent on a child's haircut. I regret not checking before we left and also checking if she was in fact a hairdresser, but felt a basic haircut didn't need to be micro managed! I will never go to any Paran establishments again.

I've been taking my daughters here for years but the quality of the haircut is not what it used to be and the staff are actually really rude. We won't be coming back.

Went in for a haircut today and got in immediately. The lady was so lovely and so talented. I got exactly what I wanted and although it was a simple haircut, it was absolutely amazing. Will definitely return.
