My journey started in 2021 with balfour homes when I received a phone call after responding to a Facebook post from a young bloke called eathan a plot of land was secured within a month due to Covid and weather delays trough late 2021 to late 2022 things seemed to be at a loss mid 2022 I was contacted by Rachel Ruiterman who took over from eathanA true professional who kept me updated weekly on developments as they arose and from December 22 the block of land was registered from that point on Rachel was incredible at organising the settlement and yes there were a heap of twists and turns over the next few months which Rachel took care of and kept me in the loop daily finally settlement was achieved at the end of march.I can’t express enough my gratitude to Balfour homes and in particular Rachel for making my dream of home ownership a realityKind regardsVincent reed

Amazing experience with the team especially Brooke and Rachel. As a novice in the property market they guided me through every stage right from checking plans, eligibility for grants and finance.Unfortunately, we could not go ahead due to interest rate hikes caused by inflation in the country.Definitely will be coming back when our situation changes as they are trust worthy.Keeping the dream alive to be a home owner very soon.Massive love from Angie and Emmanuel.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve spoken to many mortgage brokers and even went through the early stages with 2 company’s.The first broker was during the beginning of the pandemic which became so complicated I decided to withdraw my interest due to the overwhelming stress encountered with the back and fourth documentation/contracts required. Balfour homes helped us to get into our new home. We chose the place we want to build and they made the process of building very easy for us from the beginning to the end. Brooke and Rachel are the best at what they do with all aspects of their job.
