I have lost count of the number of times I've told them I do not want generic medication over the last 7 years and am still presented with it, I even told them to put a note on their computer to no avail!! They ALWAYS seem to run out of my medication whilst knowing I need to be on it lifelong.

The staff have been so helpful and friendly each time I get my prescriptions. Even though everything is a little stressful at the moment you always provide happy service, good problem solving, and I walk out with my medicine and a smile on my face. Keep up the great work guys!

Without question the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I had a simple question about my new prescription and asked to wait. 20 minutes later I hear the awful male pharmacist yelling to the poor junior staffer to tell em to go back to the doctors". My generic PBS medication was 3 times the price of the same item at Chemist Warehouse. I will never go back."

They made me wait around for 20 minutes, then refused to refill my prescription. It seems they lost the paper script, so I had to go back to the doctor. Very unprofessional.
