If I could I would give them a minus 5 star rating. Don't use them is my advice. 1 star is far too generous.In February I commissioned Flash to clean my solar panels. Their so called technician turned up with no equipment and proceeded, without asking, to use my ladder and hose and spent 20 minutes on the roof allegedly cleaning the panels. He came down and demanded payment for the job that he could not have possibly done in the time. I then discovered that he had broken the spring in my retractable hose. When I suggested that he pay for the damage he became violent and forced his way into my house and stood over me demanding payment. I made a part payment to get him out of my house. I should have called the police.In the course of inspecting the panels the technician observed a broken panel. When I received the 'report' it made no mention of the damaged panel.When I contacted his supervisor I was promised a full refund and a proper report. To date I received neither and all my attempts to contact have resulted in no response.Certainly the worst service experience I have ever encountered.Very disgruntled East Malvern Customer.
