Rebecca Hayes Coaching & Healing

When I signed up to do coaching with Rebecca I was a little unsure what to expect. What I did not expect was how truly transformational it was going to be. I was blown away. I had been through a stressful few years, and along the way, had lost my “happy, life is easy” attitude and was feeling “this is hard” often. I was feeling challenged on many levels, and it seemed that no matter how hard I tried I was not getting where I wanted to be.Every session I had with Rebecca made a difference, but my big break-through came in session 6. I realised that no matter how hard I work, I will not get anywhere if my mindset is not right. Rebecca guided me back to me! To my mindset that I know is truly mine. One of positivity, with a can do attitude. I am still reaping the rewards, and use some of the techniques I learnt with Rebecca regularly.I will definitely be back. I gained so much from my sessions with Rebecca, but I know we are all work in progress, and I am sure that she will help me uncover more gold. Thank you Rebecca.
