Great people help alot

Went there with high expectations after my initial visit ..got what i considered great price quote by what seemed a switched on business..Sadly after picking my car up i was told they had broken a centre cap on my wheel ,which they apologised for but still not happy but stated they will endeavour to find another one..when presented with the bill which was lower than quoted i asked if wheel alignment was done but was told no as it wasnt mentioned but was quoted for,why would i buy two new FRONT tyres and not have aligned..told they could do another day but no way i driving over 100klms return which costs me money..am getting it done locally on Monday..I checked my COLD tyres today as it felt weird driving it home and found LHF tyre was 38.5psi and RHF was 36.5psi.not happy also my aircon controls had been played with..if you going to use my aircon then at least put SETTINGS were you found them..One star rating left for the tyres only...sadly cant rate the business..

Can’t speak highly enough of the exemplary service provided by the staff. I got a flat tyre and damaged rim on the way up from Frankston which needed replacing. Arrived around 9 am and Julie promptly attended to my enquiry. She organised for the tyre to be freighted in same day and by 4pm the repair was done. Thank you Julie and staff.

Very friendly and professional staff. One of the employees worked on my vehicle out in the rain. Very polite also. That goes along way with me.

These guys are awesome. They had me in and out in 20 minutes for a rotation and balance. The owner is a straight up guy who gives great advice.

Had trouble with our car late Wednesday night battery light on just made it to Murray Valley Tyre and Auto and car stopped they were shut but still there and they were absolutely fantastic came out and checked said we needed new battery took the old one out and put new one in .The owners and staff could not have been better. Car tyres service was great, are getting my scooter tyres changed to solid tyres so will let you know what happens.

Bryce helped me out of a difficult situation with my existing tyres that were reasonably new but in quite bad condition Due to the quality of the Chinese tyres I was sold by someone else in melbourne and I’ll always be appreciative of that. Great service 5 stars
