Really good service. I was late that day and they showed great patience when did my teeth cleaning, especially Dr Xinwen Wang. Recommend. My retainer they made is tight and strong, BTW.

Absolutely terrible customer service towards older aged people.Took my Grandfather there as a referral, he had not been sleeping properly for months due to the pain, after discovering the issue they asked whether he wanted to have the tooth removed or have the nerve extracted.He wanted to confront his daughter on this situation and see what was the best option, the orthodontist then said you old people are always so indecisive

非常不好的经历，21年九月烤瓷牙掉落，Mary医生只是看了一下就让我拔牙，并在她那做种牙。在治疗当中，医生没有专业的ct设施去确认治疗方案，只做了x光，在拔牙的当天就进行了种牙。经历了半年的治疗，最后种牙时发现失败，可能里面牙龈感染。所以一切需要重来。我掉落的牙齿是门牙旁边一颗，所以在这个过程中没有门牙，一直非常痛苦，即使戴着的假牙，也不愿意大笑，这样半年多的生活已经让人抑郁，没想到心心念念终于能种上牙齿了却是失败。牙医没有任何赔偿，只是最后一笔费用没有收取。另外在付款中我选择付信用卡amex，他们私自收取5%的手续费用，都是非常不合理的。当初信任了Mary医生，却得到非常伤心的结果，一整年都非常不开心。希望看到的人可以慎重选择。

Absolute the best one I've been to; Good customer service and high level of experience . Plus, they are even more friendly to childrens. I recommend this dental care for smaller children and adults.
