Highly recommend Shayne and Best Pool Heating. I initially sent an online enquiry on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until Monday, but Shayne replied immediately. He quickly answered all my questions and sent through supporting brochures and information to assist with the decision-making process. From this we selected the Madimack Elite V3 14kW as best to suit our requirements. Shayne was available to do a site visit that week and arrived punctually providing further friendly advice about the available options. There was flexibility with install dates, and we could get in before Xmas which was great. Install day went very smoothly and Shayne kindly assisted in doing additional pipe work to reconnect our existing pool equipment. The completed installation was superb and looks awesome. Shayne's demonstration and explanation on the start-up of the system, connection to wi-fi and using the app was very helpful. Overall communication throughout was great and was a very professional service. Thank you.
