I've only ever been here for coffee, but it's amazing. The lady that runs the place puts a lot of care in to the place and is lovely for a chat during a quiet period. She's very dedicated and proud of what she does, so she should be. Full marks.

Great coffee and food. I know mistakes happen however just be mindful not to charge customer twice and take a mental note when they have paid. The cafe was not too busy around 10 30 am on Fri 23 rd Dec .just be mindful please.

Best coffee ever. Lara has the fine art of making coffee to the tee. Fantastic rice rolls they go quick so get yourself there for early lunch.

Stopped in for a drink and something sweet after shopping. Delicious tarts and treats on offer, great tasting milk shake and wonderful service.

Super super expensive.. I’ve had the banh mi here, and the sushi. Honestly the banh mi was delicious. However was it worth paying 2-3 times the price of a regular banh mi? definitely not.. I’d rather go round to the bakery on Victoria street or into footscray, just as tasty for a fraction of the price.. as for the sushi, it’s $4 a roll, which I’m happy to pay if I’m expecting greatness.. but it’s not greatness..it was ok. Fresh enough.. but for 4 dollars a roll I’d expect a little more flavor and flare…

Menu is how it should be, quality not quantity- just a few items that are done really well. Also love the north facing courtyard, and friendly staff.

Great coffee, excellent slightly fancy banh mi and pho (there is sometime a slow cooked beef option that is delicious) and a super cosy covered courtyard out the back. Miss An'am is a really lovely small business with super friendly staff.

Delicious duck rice paper rolls. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff every visit. Thoughtful of food intolerances and/or preferences. A delightful courtyard out the back.
