So frustrated with their warranty service. I’ve had a dog of a line trimmer for 18 months. Have had it back to them multiple times to get fixed as it won’t start half the time. Took it back again now to be fixed for the 3rd or 4th time and they have refused warranty service and charged me for it. It’s been the same problem every single time but they just pass the buck to Sthil - bit like they blamed the bank for charging a credit card fee (which is a management decision to pass on the cost of using a credit card.) I paid extra to purchase an extended warranty - but clearly not worth it and would not recommend.

I have a 18 year old John Deere Garden Tractor that stopped working (didn't receive any love from me in that time). These guys got it up and running again for me and kept me updated every step of the way with issues and pricing. They did everything they could in my budget. I then had a flat tyre that would not pump up, they collected it again for free and again kept me updated on every aspect of the repairs while it was fixed and then delivered back home. My mower works amazingly now cutting grass that is half a metre high on very hilly slopes. It is used for hours at a time to cut and spray over 10 acres. Thank you guys, you were great.

This is the place to go to get anything related to gardening fixed or to purchase. Staff really know their stuff. I used to buy equipment elsewhere, but since buying some things from here (chainsaw and whipper snipper) and getting fantastic service I won't go anywhere else.

Once again I'm on site with tools that were meant to be serviced by the kawana store and not able to complete my job. This is the third time in 2 months, I wouldnt recommend to anyone. They clearly dont even test the tools before they leave the shop.

Mooloolaba staff is way better than this new place at kawana. On phone they said we will throw in oil with a new purchase of the blower, and when popped in and when purchased the blower at retail price, the guy on front desk denied completely what promised on phone. Being loyal customer for years at Mooloolaba.Will not be buying from Kawana Sthil again for sure.

It is rare to have such genuine and professional customer service. Even for something as easy as help hiring a mower. The staff in the phone and in store were so friendly and helpful and not only stored me out but gave me tips on how to make my lawn the envy of my street. Would recommend!
