I had a full set of acrylics put on that are absolutely awful. It’s no surprise that I was the only person in there for the entire duration. The lady did not do the shape I requested, my nails are all different shapes and thickness. My nails burned under the UV lamp and one is still aching days later. I’ve never experienced these issues at other salons and frequently get acrylics done. I am so upset with the result.

Went to get shellac extensions. Despite having an appointment, I waited for about 1.5 hours. The shape of my nails is strange, I paid more than I was told when I made my appointment, and the lady was rushing and multitasking because she was working alone and had other clients to see. I'm not happy with the results.

I got a long set of French tips acrylics done and they are super clumpy uneven and not even the right shape, I asked for square shape and got ducknails, I was grateful I was only paying $65 for the set then the lady who did my nails said after she had finished them that she forgot to mention they’re $80 and tried to convince me until I told her that wasn’t the original price we discussed before the service. I paid the 65 and left, wasn’t happy with the nails but I’m sure she would’ve done a great job on shorter nails since hers looked lovely.

Oh god from where should I start. Firstly it took the staff 2 hours to wax my arms, underarms and legs. Then the wax was not hot enough and the hair breakage because of that.The staff literally applied wax 6 times on my underarms saying i have a huge growth. (This never happened with me ever).Then leaving spots which i have to tell her multiple times that there are many spots left where I still can see hair not waxedThen GIVING ME BRUISES WITH THE WAXCharged $104 thoughThank you but will never come back ever again and will never recommend anyone getting their waxing done from this place

Despite the fact that we had an appointment, we waited 1 and a half hours. Four customers were being served by one employee. There was absolutely no welcome. As a result of my nails looking like duck nails and the poorly executed design, I was not pleased with the outcome. She was working alone, so she continued taking walk-ins, which caused the project to be rushed. During the appointment, we agreed to pay $30, but when I went to pay, she wanted $50.

TERRIBLE JOB AND SERVICE!!!! Do not waste your time or money going to this salon!!! Shellac that chipped and peeled two days after applied and had come completely off every single nail four days after application. Very rude staff member who refused a refund, despite having done such a terrible job and us having to drive a half hour drive back there again. They need to remember their customers are the reason the salon even exists!! Well, for now anyway…

It was a fantastic experience. My nails turned our beautiful and lasted a long time. Thank you so much for the beautiful nails set. I really love it.
