S21 Ultra repair , over $600 , Technician bent my battery removing from old shell so when the internals was transfered into new shell it would not fit and left a huge gap , some fella there gave me some big story instead of just telling the truth about what is was. They just put some glue around it and handed to me with rubber bands around it . New battery and fixed it properly myself , time of writing 5.03pm 24/01/23 ...a total refund would be great

I have used PTC Phone Repair Castle Town numerous times as a normal consumer, but since starting a business I can see that their services are going to be even more of an advantage. In particular I am loving the yearly care package for your phone, given how much they are used it's great to have a fixed price and know that your phone will be looked after. I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff that work there and they always go out of their way to explain everything and treat you with courtesy and respect. A+. Definately our go to with anything phone or ipad protection related.

My screen died randomly the day before I was to travel to a conference. As it is a business phone as well, (with an e-sim) I was totally stuck! The prompt advice, assistance and repair I received was wonderful (within a few hours). So very grateful and certainly a happy customer. Thankyou!
