Brought my laptop here due to a problem with my screen. They fixed it for a fair price in just a few hours. Very happy about that. Even got some reccomendations what might have caused the issue. Very friendly staff. Would definetly come back again.

I went here on Monday to get the screen repaired on my phone, I got home a notice that I had a dot in the middle of the screen and the light and camera button wasn't working on the lock screen so I took it back the next day for them to replace in again. I got it done today because they didn't have any screens left when I took it back. I now have got back home and can no longer use my phone because the whole screen in now black. I also paid $400 to get the screen and back of the phone replaced, I live over an hour out of town with a 4 month old baby and cant call anyone if I need help, very displeased with the out come.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LAPTOP HERE, NEVER!!!!!!!THE PICTURES BELOW ARE OF THE OPEN SCREEN OF MY LAPTOP AFTER I GAVE IT TO THEM TO REPAIR MY SCREEN AND THE UNAUTHORISED CHANGE OF COLOUR!!!THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD,I brought my macbook pro for a very simple screen repair.They said initially would be a week away and around 200 dollars, they changed the price three times before reaching the peak of 450 dollars, they kept my laptop for almost two months, very poor communication, kept calling them and they said they would call me back and that never happened, I literally had to hassle them for them to give me answers about the poor service and communication.When my laptop finally comes back comes back with no cover that I gave them when I delivered my laptop( an extra week of wait for that) and my screen from grey became black( not a word MENTIONED about changing the colour that I chose for my laptop, neither apology when I confronted them as they never asked if that was okay). I haven't use my laptop so much since and after a while I notice that the screen was open on the top and the screen would go down loose after a certain point which is something that never happened before. I confronted them calmly about this and they said they will repair in a week. The week after when I went to pick up my laptop they said that when they changed the screen the original screws went missing so they could not fix the problem of my screen being loose and the screen on top seemed fixed, I was not really happy of the service and wanted a partial refund for all the issues that they have caused and the manager told me he was on holiday and that they just glued the top of my laptop and that he could have fixed the loose screen straight away but he wasn't in the shop so he couldn't do that ( basically I have been completely cheated on as the screen on top is still open as you can see from the pictures below and the other problem never got fixed , they just kept my laptop for a week for no reason without even looking at it ) I honestly did not want them to touch my laptop as they created more damaged than anything, so much distress so I just wanted at least part of my money back and all he gave me was 100 dollar out of 450 after cheating me, break my laptop , change the colour and really made fun of me as a customer. I will bring this case further to competent authorities because I am really not happy about this. DO NOT BRING YOUR LAPTOP TO FIX HERE, THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD SHOPS IN AIRLIE BEACH DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!

Able to fixed phones, cracked screens

Had pixel 3 screen replaced for $200, No care taken as since the phone was fixed the main camera no longer works, as well as copius amounts of dust behind the selfie lens, the battery was also tampered or not refitted properly as the phone since the repair does not hold a charge and the phone housing itself was not even refitted correctly, it was as if someone who does not know how to professionally repair phones did this. Would recommend not using this place at all, you will end up having to go somewhere else to get the repairs repaired". see pics"

Samsung note10+ - Telstra advised water damaged phone could not be fixed, Linphone diagnosed fault and replaced mother board in an hour, extremely well priced and a great service. Highly recommend.

took my phone in for a repair as the top part of my phone was frozen and the screen was slightly cracked. They didn’t fix my phone properly and charged me for it. When I took my phone in to a different shop, the guy said it was able to be fixed with a simple screen repair. Was denied a refund when I asked for one.

my iphone screen was broken very bad and found this phone.the boss just takesless than 20 mins to fix my iPhone it looks like a new one. Highly recomended
