Awesome place for tools. Friendly staff but I've had to come in to the shop a few times to remind the staff about an issue they said they will look into" and haven't done so for over a month now. There's always some excuse that sounds legitimate

I needed to purchase some very expensive festool items, including class M vacuums , sanders capable of handling a boat's hull and consumables ( some for products that they don't usually sell, and Darren was outstanding to deal with, knowledgeable and very good with communication. After dealing with other businesses and distributors, I thoroughly recommend them based upon my experience. Really went the extra distance to assist me. AAA+++

I paid almost $500 for a full face respirator. They told me they couldn’t budge on price.2 yrs later I needed to replace said respirator and found it for only $280, more than $200 cheaper at Safetyquip, Manns Rd, Gosford..Northern Abrasives RipppOfff!!!
