I just wanted to share my experience with this amazing practice and also an incredible GP in Dr Marinucci ( Principle Doctor)I have been going to this particular clinic now for over 6 years and I will never change. Dr Marinucci and his team are very old school when it comes to patients as they really do care. In my current circumstances with my back over the last year, I not only feel that I am in the best hands with the best medical advice but I also feel the concern from Dr Marinucci and his medical team . I have been to a lot of clinics in the past but none like this clinic, they really do put their patients first and offer the best solutions to help you get you back on your feet as soon as possible.A big thank you to Dr Damian Marinucci and your medical team for every bit of help and support you have given me and my family over the last 6 years or so.Kind Regards,Todd.

New to the area and looking for a new GP - more than happy to pay fees for an appointment. The receptionist I checked in with (Gill) was lovely, but the other one was pretty blunt and unfriendly to people, and talked so loudly I could barely hear the other lady.When I found out they wanted $172 for the appointment, there was no way I was paying that. I’ve been to specialist doctors in the city that charge less. The ongoing appointments are more reasonable at $91, but I think the first appt fee is a rip off.

Used to be great but recently, rude staff, charged for a 'consult' which was me standing in a car park for 2 minutes to be covid tested when I was instructed to go there by the Coronavirus Hotline as it was urgent. Spoke to practice manager who was also extremely rude. Save your money and go to the one opposite they are very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Myhealth Mentone since it opened and I think the level of care I get is excellent. I regularly see Dr Guan Ye and Dr Hamish Scott and they are both excellent doctors and very thorough and caring. I have been rehabilitated from two significant injuries by Melinda the nurse, and I find her excellent as well. Recommended all round.

Guen and my nurse (i think her name was theresa) were absolutely going above and beyond as they were kind and caring towards me during a procedure. Holding my hand and talking and distracting me, im so great full they were so empathetic when i was going through some anxiety. They are always amazing here.

Had a consultation with Dr Sanja Arcon for the first time and i was taken aback by her genuine empathy and compassion! I work in a hospital and am surrounded by medical staff and Dr Sanja is by far the most caring Doctor i have dealt with. Thank you for listening and being more than a Doctor.!!

Looking for an ongoing GP you trust be careful who you choose. I was recommended to visit this clinic knowing full well it was not a bulk billing practice. Happy to pay for a consult with a doctor if I was provided with a top level service, not something that a Bulk Billing doctor could provide me. The first doctor I saw over charged for a 5 minute consult, to provide me with information I already knew. The second doctor I saw was amazing Dr Hamish Scott and I would definitely return to see him. He gave me time, listened to me and provided me with outstanding service. The service amongst the doctors in the clinic varies and some doctors shouldn't charge privately for their limited medical advice.

This is truly an amazing clinic. Reception staff friendly/helpful. The doctors wonderful. Dr Sanja looks after my whole family with so much care and compassion. Highly recommend.
