Not happy at all as he placed a glass screen cover on my new iPhone and its very sensitive now and I have to be careful what I touch as it either takes too long to open what I click on or touch one thing and something else comes up !!“”When I tried to speak to him he just said he’s never heard such a thing and it’s not his fault””! He didn’t want to fix my phone so I walked away and my phone is still the same…It was brand new and it was his fault !So Unprofessional !!Don’t go there !!

I came it to get a new battery for my iPhone 6s Plus - I bought the phone of gum tree a while back while replacing the battery the screen cracked instead of charging me for a new screen he explained what happened and understood I didn't know a dodgy screen replacement had been done prior and didn't charge me for the new screen only the battery I came in for which is beyond what he had to do for me. They're honest, know their stuff and are always happy to help! Highly recommend!

installs really cheap battery and dangerous and charges me $70 , didnt last 30 min and the tries to scam me out of $150 saying its something else ,so i went somewhere els to get it fixed($50 for new battery with 1 year warranty ) and the only problem with it was the cheap battery and then when i went to confront him , he calls me a lier and doesnt want to give money back , so ombudsman it is

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.TOOK MY PHONE TO GET MY SCREEN REPLACED, GOT IT DONE, NO ISSUE.2 WEEKS LATER STARTED NOTICING MY PHONE PLAYING UP AND THE SCREEN FLICKERING, BEING NON RESPONSIVE ETC.TOOK IT BACK, THE GENTLEMAN SAID HE'S HAPPY TO SWAP IT OVER, COME BACK IN 20 MINUTES. 5 MINS LATER HE COMES AND FINDS ME AND SAYS THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN WATER DAMAGED AND THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO. HE CLAIMS THAT THE WATER DAMAGE SENSORS HAVE NOT GONE OFF BECAUSE IT'S BEEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE, IT WAS THE SCREEN THAT WAS THE ONLY ISSUE. EVEN AFTER THIS, HE STILL WASN'T HAPPY TO SWAP THE SCREEN OVER AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO COMPROMISE FOR THE CIRCUMSTANCES.MARK MY WORDS, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR IPHONE NEEDS, I'VE LEARNT MY LESSON THE HARD WAY!!!!!!!!!

I went to Southland Shopping Center to repair my water damage iPhone. None of those shops can help. This shop owner helped me to clean all chips inside and replace new battery&screen. Also helped me to backup all data in my iPhone into my laptop. All finished in morning time. Best service phone repair shop I know. I finally can use my iPhone again. Nothing changes. Reliable, no doubt.

Fixed my phone within the hour free up my storage

I put my phone into this store to get an IPhone 6 LCD and screen fixed.He was fast at fixing it and charged a decent price, however within the first day I noticed the screen flickering and being unresponsive, I returned there to ask him about it as I have never had this issue, from then on he was very helpful and rectified the problem.Now my phone works perfectly and there is no issue at all.
