Anita from Jim's (melbourne) was absolutely wonderful. She was full and tried all day to find me an alternative but ended up coming out herself at around 5pm. As a vet nurse myself, I was extremely impressed with her low stress handling skills, and can tell she genuinely loves dogs. She was patient and gentle with them and they were very happy, as I am with the result. Anyone located in gladstone Park Melbourne area, I highly recommended. Reliable, excellent communication skills and a lovely personality. Will definitely be using her again. Thanks Anita!!

I hired Yared & Zainab from Tarnet to wash my dog.Over charged me was late showing up by over 40 minutes wanted to use the toilet did not wash her hands with the covid problem at the moment very unprofessional do not use these guys

I’m at a 50-50 because the lady Lisa was lovely when I first met and she did a fantastic job with my dog. Then unfortunately was terrible rude i do not recommend

Bad experience with the Werribee & surrounding areas franchise. Booked my 15 week old cavoodle puppy in for her first groom (suggested by our vet) and when they arrived they an hour and half late, they explained they don't actually groom dogs under 6 months of age. I had never heard this before but kindly agreed for her to just receive a bath and blow dry instead. I sit out of the front of the van and was horrified to find that they had trimmed her face after all, even after explaining to me that they weren't able to do that due to her age, they trimmed her snout right back included her whiskers! I was extremely upset as I had never planned to have her snout trimmed, only the top of her head and body. My poor puppy looks completely different. Would not recommend at all. Still confused and angry at how they explained to me why they couldn't trim her fur, then proceeded to do it anyway? The cut looks awful.
