Portobello Resort Apartments

Arrived on the Gold Coast to pouring rain, but my stay was awesome, my room was quiet with a view of the pool and only a quick walk to Broadbeach. The team were super helpful, check in was quick and easy and they were able to help with a later check out due to the rain which really helped with my flight delays, Excited to stay again!

Absolutely cannot fault this place! My partner and I stayed here and they were so helpful all throughout. From providing local advice to supporting us through a lockdown, offering extra rooms, longer stays and everything else. Even when our flights home were delayed they offered a new room to hang out in while we waited. Amazing location, so close to everything you would need! I hope we can come back soon and enjoy a home away from home again. Thank you guys

My son and his girlfriend spent 2 nights there for her birthday. Now, I booked everything, arranged a cake which I will tell you all about in a minute.. Dorelle and her husband were absolutely fantastic, I managed everything for them via the phone without having to stress and she was fantastic very very accommodating for everything I asked this way the kids first time EVER staying away in a resort by themselves, they are only young she was turning 18!!! The PORTABELLO is a must when you are staying in the Gold Coast, just outside of Surfers Paradise opposite Pacific Fair, it's in a great spot away from the hustle of Surfers but not too far. That thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Fantastic short stay at the Portobello Apartments. I'm Serge, Highly recommend. Stayed in a great 1 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and spacious. Every thing worked, good bed, and great balcony size overlooking the pool. Stayed at several other Broadbeach apartments and this has won me over 9/10. Will definitely stay again guaranteed. The property is fantastic all over. I take my hat off to the owners for doing such a great job.Serge

Dorelle and Marty were perfect hosts, they went out of their way to make our family feel welcome and made booking and check in/out very easy. We did not have transport so the location was fantastic for public transport such as the light rail tram and buses, which were a few minutes walk from the apartment. Apartments were very clean and comfortable.Will defintely stay again and have recommended to family and friends.

Stayed in the Penthouse at an amazing price was great to have so much room could chill away from the kids. Spa on the balcony was a bonus and management were so helpful, a great spot close to everything, nice quiet block and had a lovely couple of days away

What exceptional service we received from Dorelle and Martin the new management team on site! We were able to book in for a room with late notice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They both went above and beyond to make our experience great and even gave us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. Thanks again for all that you did for us we LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the service, location and the beautiful pool.We will definitely be back for sure.

The apartment was nice and clean, it had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 7nights and found our 2 bedroom apartment excellent and very private.It was very clean and very functional and well situated for shops & dinning right opposite Pacific Fair shopping centre. Ideal location for visiting Theme parks. The place is really secure it gives you peace of mind. The management were very friendly and helpful, thanks Gerrard for great kiwi hospitality. Located only 5mins walk from the beach which was very important to me. Thanks for going extra mile to store our luggage after our checkout. I would recommend you to anyone travelling to the Gold Coast. We totally enjoyed our stay. Very affordable as well. Thanks again. Also Thanks very much to the housekeeper for keeping the apartment immaculate.

We loved our stay, the location is perfect and Dorelle and Marty went out of their way to welcome us and made our stay a very happy one. Pacific Fair is directly opposite as is the light rail tram which we enjoyed travelling on. Would love to stay again if we visit Gold Coast.
