Foodbomb

I've ordered a couple of times with Foodbomb now for my weekly groceries - the first order was just for fruit and veg, the next was from a meat supplier and for fruit and veg again. Both times I have been impressed with the service and quality of produce. I get calls from the delivery drivers when they can't locate my address and the fruit and veg in particular is always so fresh and much better quality than from the supermarkets - plus I find the value for money, especially with the fruit and veg, to be so much better. Give them a try!

This team is amazing at customer service and communication. Feels like a small dedicated team, quick to respond, help or fix. I have been fine with them and have even been referring them to other friends who asked about online grocery suppliers. There are occasionally a few bad items or mistakes but it makes too much energy to make a complain about a rotten pack of salad etc, and overall it was still OK and I don't blame that on food bomb as a platform since it's the supplier's fault.However, when the real problem occurs and I have finally experienced their wonderful" customer service.I have a top order (means order added later after the first order but scheduled to be delivered at the same day)

I have used their services on a weekly basis for fruit&veggie deliveries. Great variety, good prices, good quality - when one particular supplier would not deliver on a Saturday, I just found another one who did. Orders reliably delivered when they said they would be, well packaged - very happy with Foodbomb, thinking about starting to use them for meat orders, too.

Have now had many deliveries of fruit and vegetables and have also purchased fresh meats several times. Every time I’ve been delighted with the quality and freshness of the produce. Delivery is always hassle free and when promised. Very happy with my Foodbomb experience and can highly recommend them.

If your restaurant or hospitality venue is relying on foodbomb for supplying PLEASE STAY AWAY. We have placed an order and accepted a large order from our customer. However, the veggie supplier cancelled our order in the morning. Left us nothing to prepare with, and cost us an arms and legs to compensate our costumer as we are unable to deliver !!! STAY HELL AWAY FROM THEM ! NEVER AGAIN. Rang the customer service, only told that I will get refunded. OF COURSE IM GETTING A REFUND, you’ve CANCELLED my order !!!Hi foodboom, thank you for responding to my review. As I have mentioned, our order was cancelled thus we were unable to meet the dead line of our pre-booked order. Your suppliers did send in a email early in the morning to inform us the order was cancelled. Also informed us that our orders cannot be meet with the same price we have already paid, also it will not be delivered 2 days later. As a result, this was no longer a viable option as we have failed to deliver the product on time.AGAIN, FOR ALLL HOSPITALITY OWNER THAT REPLY ON FOODBOOM. PLEASE DONT. !

I love that the produce is so fresh. It’s amazing value for the quantity you get and it’s worth the money. I’d pick this over retailers out there any day! If you want affordable groceries that fit your budget - I’d consider this place. It’s seriously good. Love their coupon code perks too. Fresh affordable produce delivered to your door - what more could you ask for!

If you are a venue using this platform as your sole source of suppliers then stay away. Your orders get canceled and some suppliers don't even bother to notify you so you're left stranded with no goods. On top of that, they still process your payment and take your money only to refund it to you many days later.Furthermore, you are unable to rate and review these particular suppliers until after you have ordered a minimum of 3 times from them, so you can't even warn others. Why would I want to order again from a supplier that has failed me? Don't be fooled by the high review ratings because it is deceiving.

I have ordered a few times through Foodbomb and I'm amazed. The quality of the produce is far better than you'll find in a supermarket and who can argue with next day delivery? This is top quality restaurant standard produce delivered to your door at wholesale prices, hard to argue. It's also helping to kept the restaurant food supply chain open during a pandemic, so whilst you get luxury quality at a great price it's also helping our community.

Used to be very good in terms of customer service, phone support, getting calls from sales reps and follow ups.Now it's very different, no phone support, only email contact which is only answered Monday to Friday.So it looks like everything is now automated and they only collect the commissions.The responsibility should be with foodbomb not blaming suppliers or at least help the client if orders are missing.Expected a lot more after 4 years of use and membership.Will have to look at competitors or go back to order directly.
