For me it was a waste of time. I took my car for a pink slip and I was told that tyres are not good. So I booked the apppintment for a tyre change. Then called them back and I was told that they also have to check to see if there is any oil leakage. I brought my car back and they said it won't pass because of the oil leakage. It was mainly due to the leakage of the coolant which I explained, but it was rudely rejected. Low communication skills by both mechanics and waste of time for me with unnecessary stress added to that. Won't be coming back.

I brought my car in the morning for logbook service. He quickly check the car and advise me whats gonna happen. I pick up the car in the afternoon. He showed me these checklist of what needs to be done on next service. i was amazed how accurate his finding was like my brake pads were 50%, the suspension needs to be replaced, the cabin filters and battery. If i went to other shop most probably i have a huge bill without knowing the reasons why. Thankful i went to Mr. Cho's shop. Honest good man! Highly recommended!

It’s difficult to find a mechanic that is this exceptional. The staff and Mr Cho are knowledgeable, friendly and provide a high level of service. I stumbled upon his business due to his high rating on Google reviews. One of the best in the business. I will be back!

Had an urgent issue today. My car wouldn't start after a long time not used (battery was okay) and he came over to assist. Result, car runs and for the 2 min assistance he did not charge me. Very friendly and experienced. Next time I have trouble, I know where to go. Thx Cho

Mr Cho was excellent to deal with - Very transparent from beginning to end.My Toyota 86 was longggg overdue for a service and the prices were very fair and affordable.He was happy to help me jump start my car down the road due to a flat battery/car sitting still for months. He had concerns upfront that my battery was dead and advised that he may need to install a new one. However, on the day of pick up, he told me it wasnt required after charging/testing it overnight (could have easily charged me for one without me knowing any better).Little extra details like the above made my customer experience a lot smoother/better - especially for a non-car enthusiast like myself.Would highly recommend to any stranger/friend/family!

5/5 - customer service, efficiency and cost.On Friday, I called up Daol asking if they do car safety checks, told me to bring the car around on the following Monday at 10am.The mechanic (sorry I didn’t get your name!) paused what he was doing to do a quick 15 minute check on my Golf GTI. Gave me a breakdown of a potential problem with the car but nothing that would fail the check. Was out of there by 10.20am and paid $43 for the car safety.Thank you so much for the quick turn around and friendliness. Will definitely be returning back!

I’ve been going to this mechanic since early 2000 and even with new owner Mr Cho, he continues the great service.They have a nice air conditioned waiting room with TV, if you want to wait for short service.Besides that I always get to see what was replaced and what my previous part looked like. I feel comfortable visiting here where I don’t get ripped off.I live over an hour away, but the assurance that I get from Daol motors and I think it’s worth the trip. So far I had 2 cars over 10 years I haven’t had any mechanical issues or emergencies. All because of his honest and transparent advise that he tells me.I heard he use to work for luxury brand overseas such as Lexus. I can see why he gives his best services to all customers.
