5 stars best dog wash ever. I washed my dog yesterday my dog smells very clean and is still shiny and after wash they gave my dog free treats.

Rudest staff.I was waiting at the counter for over 10 mins without a staff member in sight. Never got apology the staff said I didn't know you had finished"Poor fish have dead fish friends and everything is over priced"

Where is the old manager? This new one is awful and rude. She treats customers and other staff appallingly. I overheard her insult one of her staff when she was doing her best to help a customer. It was terrible to witness her be so demeaning. The prices are ridiculous. Bring back Tamarra. She treated the customers with respect. This new manager is horrid. The personal service we once enjoyed has been cut back and we're treated like wallets, not returning customers. I'm not going back to the store while that woman is there treating everyone like s***.
